There are plenty of ways to address a problem with anger.

 

  1. Cognitive, the person with the anger issue can begin to change the way they think and conceptualize
  2. Behaviorally, exercise is commonly known to release the effects of stress (decompression) so we are less likely to express anger
  3. Emotionally, we can contemplate recollected memories that trigger angry feelings
  4. Once we find ourselves feeling angry, we can excuse and remove ourselves from the situation
  5. Preemptively, we can "self-regulate" ourselves down through mediation so we are far less likely to respond in an angry manner.
