Your Way to Decompress

 

It is important to have favorite ways to decompress not just "a way." Although if you'd say that you don't even have that, by all means, start learning and practicing a variety of methods. I believe that having many ways to choose from provides variety - that's good. You may not always have the luxury of sufficient time to go for a swim or a run, so a 5-minute meditation in the car or the bathroom will work just fine.
